We want you to feel confident when shopping with Braliz. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.
Returns summary
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please contact us first to request a return authorisation number
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked
How to return an item
To return a product, please contact us first at sales@braliz.co.uk to request a return authorisation number.
Once your return has been authorised, please send the item with a note including your return authorisation number to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Returned items should be sent using a tracked or signed-for postal service.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original unopened packaging
- any seals, shrink-wrap, and labels must still be intact
- the item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold as new
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- products made to your specification
- made-to-order items
- personalised or adapted products
- gift vouchers
- any item that is unsuitable for return for hygiene or product safety reasons once opened
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product.
- Refunds are usually made using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- We aim to process refunds as soon as possible
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item
- We will refund the original delivery charge where applicable
- We do not refund the cost of returning the item to us
Returns that do not meet our policy
If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
If a product is returned to us in a condition that does not qualify under this policy, we may contact you regarding re-delivery costs. If these costs are not paid within 14 days, we may dispose of the item without further liability.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
